Products and Availability

Dopamine Flowers sells fresh, handmade floral arrangements, custom floral orders, add-ons, and related gift items. Because flowers are seasonal and perishable, product photos are examples of style, size, color palette, and mood. Exact flowers, colors, containers, and materials may vary based on freshness and availability.

We may substitute flowers or materials of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style and feeling of the arrangement.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before preparation, delivery, or pickup unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

After an order is placed, we may contact you if we need clarification, delivery information, substitution approval, or custom order details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we cannot fulfill it, if required information is missing, if payment fails, or if the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, special requests, and invoice/draft orders are made specifically for the customer. Once approved and paid, custom orders are final unless we are unable to fulfill the agreed request.

Delivery and Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, delivery address, phone number, delivery date, delivery window, and access instructions.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, no answer from the recipient, recipient refusal, or circumstances outside our control. Additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and delivery issues are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless we choose to do so.

We try to keep all product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery information, and website content accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse orders affected by incorrect pricing, availability, or content.
