Shipping Policy

Dopamine Flowers offers local flower delivery and pickup on Oahu. We do not ship fresh flower arrangements by mail.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver on Oahu, Hawaii. Delivery availability, fees, and timing may depend on the delivery address, date, order volume, and courier availability.

Delivery Windows

Our standard delivery window is 12 PM to 7 PM.

If an exact or priority delivery window is available at checkout, the selected window will be shown before payment. Exact delivery windows may have an additional fee.

We do our best to deliver during the selected window, but delivery times are not guaranteed when delays are caused by traffic, weather, incorrect address information, restricted access, recipient availability, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available depending on order time, flower availability, delivery address, and order volume. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started or delivery has been arranged.

Delivery Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

Recipient name
Recipient phone number
Full delivery address
Building, hotel, unit, room, or gate information
Delivery instructions
Preferred delivery date and window

If delivery instructions are missing or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is not available, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location, with a front desk, concierge, reception area, or another reasonable location when available.

If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, if access is restricted, or if the recipient cannot be reached, we may return the arrangement to our studio. Redelivery may be available for an additional fee.

Incorrect Address or Access Issues

We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect address, missing unit number, restricted building access, no answer from the recipient, unsafe delivery conditions, or recipient refusal.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted, dispatched, or completed.

Third-Party Couriers

We may use our own delivery team or trusted third-party couriers. Delivery updates, tracking links, or proof of delivery may be provided when available.

Pickup Orders

If pickup is available, pickup details will be provided after the order is placed. Pickup orders must be collected during the agreed pickup time. Fresh flowers are perishable, and we are not responsible for quality issues caused by late pickup.

Delays and Unavailable Items

If we cannot fulfill an order as scheduled, we will contact you as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a new delivery time, substitution, store credit, replacement, or refund.
