Dopamine Flowers provides local flower delivery across Oahu. Because every arrangement is made by hand and delivered locally, availability depends on the delivery address, flower supply, order volume, and courier capacity.
Delivery area
We deliver throughout the Oahu service areas available at checkout. Enter the complete recipient address during checkout to see the delivery options and fee for that location. If an address is not accepted or requires special access, contact us before ordering at +1 (808) 824-4422 or hello@dopamineflowers.com.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Same-day delivery
Orders completed before 6 PM Hawaii Standard Time may be eligible for same-day delivery when flowers and delivery capacity are available. The 6 PM cutoff does not guarantee same-day availability. If the requested date is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange the next available date or another solution.
Orders completed after 6 PM HST are scheduled for a future available date selected at checkout.
Delivery windows
Standard delivery is between 12 PM and 7 PM, Monday through Sunday. Standard delivery does not include a guaranteed arrival time within that window.
When available, paid delivery windows can be selected on the product page: 9 AM-12 PM, 12 PM-3 PM, 3 PM-5 PM, or 5 PM-7 PM. We prioritize the selected window, but traffic, weather, building access, emergencies, and other conditions outside our reasonable control can cause delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the information on the order.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is based on the recipient address and is shown at checkout. Paid delivery windows and approved redelivery requests may add separate charges. We will confirm any new charge before arranging a second delivery attempt.
Recipient availability and safe delivery
Please provide a working recipient phone number and complete delivery instructions. If the recipient is unavailable, the driver may leave the order in a reasonably safe, shaded location or with an authorized person, front desk, concierge, reception area, security desk, mailroom, nurse station, or neighbor. A delivery photo or status update may be used as proof of delivery.
If no safe handoff or drop-off is available, we will try to contact the customer or recipient. The order may be returned to us, and a new delivery fee may apply before another attempt is made.
Addresses and access
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address, unit number, gate code, building name, recipient name, phone number, and access instructions. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed. An incorrect or incomplete address can cause delay, return, cancellation, or an additional delivery charge.
For hotels, hospitals, offices, schools, military installations, gated communities, event venues, and other restricted locations, delivery is subject to the property's rules. The customer must provide enough information for an authorized handoff. We cannot guarantee room, bedside, office, or direct-recipient delivery when the location requires delivery to a designated entrance or representative.
Holidays and events
Delivery windows may be longer or sell out during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, graduations, holidays, severe weather, major events, and other high-volume periods. Ordering early gives the best selection and timing availability.
Pickup orders
Pickup orders should be collected only after we confirm that they are ready. The person collecting the order may be asked for the order number or purchaser name. Orders not collected on the scheduled date cannot be guaranteed fresh for a later pickup.
Delivery problems
If delivery cannot be completed because of weather, road closure, emergency, unsafe conditions, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control, we will contact you to reschedule, arrange pickup, provide store credit, or determine another appropriate resolution. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
