Refund Policy

Flowers, plants, food, balloons, personalized items, and made-to-order arrangements are perishable or prepared specifically for each order. Please review this policy before purchasing.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept physical returns or exchanges after flowers or other perishable, personalized, or made-to-order items have been delivered or picked up. Do not mail or bring an item back to our studio unless our team has authorized it.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, a paid item is missing, the arrangement is materially different from the ordered size or design, or you receive the wrong order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Send the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos to hello@dopamineflowers.com, or call or text +1 (808) 824-4422.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, correction, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on what occurred and what can reasonably resolve it.

Natural variation and substitutions

Flowers are natural and seasonal, so color, shape, bloom stage, wrapping, containers, and exact flower varieties can vary from the photographs. When a flower or supply is unavailable or does not meet our quality standard, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value while keeping the arrangement's overall palette, size, style, and value as close as reasonably possible. These normal variations are not considered defects.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change an order. Requests are not final until a Dopamine Flowers manager confirms them.

If we have not purchased special materials, begun design work, or committed the order to delivery, we can generally cancel the order and refund it to the original payment method. Once flowers or custom materials have been purchased, preparation has started, or a courier has been dispatched, cancellation and refund may no longer be possible. When practical, we may offer a new delivery date or store credit instead.

Custom work, wedding and event flowers, rentals, installations, and large-volume orders may have separate cancellation, deposit, damage, and rescheduling terms in the approved quote or written agreement. Those specific terms control if they differ from this policy.

Delivery-related refund exclusions

Completed arrangements and delivery charges are not normally refundable when delivery is delayed or prevented by an incorrect or incomplete address, missing gate or access information, recipient unavailability, recipient refusal, an unsafe drop-off location, or a request to change the address after dispatch. We will still work with you on a reasonable redelivery or pickup option when possible.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, your bank or card provider can take up to 10 business days to post it. Original delivery charges are refunded only when included in the approved resolution.
