These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Dopamine Flowers website, online store, custom order links, reminders, and related services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and availability

Flowers are natural, seasonal, and arranged by hand. Product photos show the general style, size, mood, and color direction, but the exact flowers, colors, vase, wrapping, and presentation may vary. We may substitute flowers, greenery, containers, or add-ons of equal or greater value when needed due to seasonal availability, quality, or supply conditions.

Prices, product availability, delivery areas, and delivery fees can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our service area, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or we cannot safely or reasonably complete the order.

Orders and payment

Orders must include accurate customer, recipient, delivery, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing the order before checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers. Your order is not confirmed until payment is accepted.

Custom orders may be quoted separately. A custom order is not reserved or started until the payment link is paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver on Oahu to the service areas shown on our website. Standard delivery is generally between 12 PM and 7 PM. Exact delivery windows, when available, may require an additional fee and depend on schedule, courier availability, recipient availability, weather, traffic, building access, and other conditions outside our control.

Please provide complete delivery instructions, gate codes, hotel or hospital details, apartment numbers, recipient phone numbers, and any important access notes. If information is wrong or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, rerouted, returned, or cancelled. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery or address changes.

For hotels, hospitals, offices, apartments, gated buildings, and similar locations, delivery may be made to a front desk, lobby, mailroom, concierge, nurse station, receiving area, or other building representative when direct handoff is not available.

Cancellations, refunds, and issues

Flowers are perishable and often made to order. Cancellation or change requests are not guaranteed once we begin preparing the arrangement or dispatching delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If there is a problem with an order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another reasonable solution. We do not guarantee refunds for incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, refused deliveries, late access instructions, or delays caused by events outside our control.

Gift messages and custom notes

You are responsible for the content of gift messages, delivery notes, and custom requests you submit. We may refuse messages or requests that are abusive, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

Third-party services

We use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers, Uber Direct or similar courier integrations, email and SMS providers, analytics tools, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Website use

You may not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, scraping, interfering with checkout, attacking the site, misusing promotions, or violating the rights of Dopamine Flowers or others. Website content, branding, photos, product names, designs, and copy are owned by or licensed to Dopamine Flowers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dopamine Flowers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
